Common questions

How do I sign in?

Enter the phone number the league has on file. We'll text you a one-time code — type it in to finish signing in. There's no password to remember.

I didn't get my code.

Codes usually arrive within a few seconds. If nothing shows up, request a new one. Still stuck? Your number may not match what the league has on file — email support@brockhockey.ca and we'll sort it out.

How does RSVP work?

Open a game and tap In or Out. You can change your answer any time while RSVP is open for that game.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to your account screen and choose Delete my account. You'll be signed out right away and won't be able to sign back in. Your personal information is permanently removed within 30 days; anonymized league records (games played and payments) are kept for the league's history. See our Privacy Policy for details.
